In What Condition Do We Accept Product Return and/or Refund?
Subject to the terms and conditions in this Return and Refund Policy, Selloooh Merchants are only allowed to return products within 7 calendar days from delivered date under the following circumstances:
  1. Manufacturing defects (Not caused by Logistic)
  2. Selloooh delivered the wrong item (Mismatch with Product Listing)
  3. Missing item/quantity
  4. Incomplete sets/parts
Product Return Policy and Procedures
  1. Stay calm and contact us. In the event of customer complaint and request for return or refund, please stay calm and contact our Customer Service via Selloooh Dropship FB Messenger/ Selloooh Dropship Info Group or cs.support@selloooh.com. Our support team is available from Monday till Friday, 9.30am to 6pm.
  2. What proof do we need to verify that the item is allowed for return/refund? In most cases, you will need to request from your buyer for a few photos or videos of the item (handphone standard) as a proof, show us the problem and we will get it processed. Please state the Order ID for your return/refund report as well for easy identification.
  3. How to pack the return parcel? Please remind your buyer to ensure that the returned parcel is returned in its original condition upon receipt (complete with all the items/parts including the packaging). Make sure the returned parcel is well sealed in a secure and safe packaging or courier bag, not see-through. Paste the return AWB on the parcel.
  4. Exchange or Refund? When product happened to be out of stock, we suggest you try to ask whether your buyer accepts product exchange as a first option. In any case, you and your buyer shall have the option to either get refund for the item's amount paid as stated in the sales order, or product replacement (same SKU). However, in the event where the particular item is out of stock, Selloooh shall refund the credit to you (Merchant) and you liaise with the buyer.
  5. How long does it take? The product refund normally takes about 14 working days to complete. But it takes two to tango, we need to work as a team to resolve the issue. Help us get the necessary information and Selloooh will try our very best to shorten the process.
  6. Communication with buyer. Selloooh does not liaise with end users. We need your help to liaise directly with your buyers because they know you.
  7. Delivery cost. Selloooh will not responsible or bear on any return fees. Furthermore, Selloooh shall bear the cost of sending the item back to the buyer, in the case of Selloooh has sent the wrong, defect or incomplete items and agreed to have replacement for your buyers.
Cloth Defective Goods
  1. Please feedback to our customer service email cs.support@selloooh.com within 2 days after receiving the products.
  2. We do not accept return for reasons of color deviation from computer display view, monitor dirty and minor thread off, quality thickness, size (measurement) and etc. (Kindly reminder: Dark and bright color clothes are likely to fade for the first wash, this is considered as normal condition. Remember to wash separately from other color clothes).
  3. Kindly stick a tape on the defected area so that we can spot them easily.
Return, Refund or replacement will not be applicable for following situations:
  1. No proof of evidence such as photos or video
  2. Not satisfy, order wrong item, change of mind
  3. Over Shopee Guarantee 7 days from delivery date
  4. Missing original packaging
  5. Any item that has been worn, altered or damaged during transit
  6. Used items (for cosmetic and other personal items such as undergarments, adult toys)
*All Merchants should contact our customer support for approval before returning any item(s). Selloooh will not accept or be responsible for any returned item(s) without notifying us in advance.
Please take note if you return the products without prior approval from us or later than the return grace period (7 days), Selloooh reserves the right for not being responsible or bear any charges that might incurred.
