  2. Merchant will need to pay for the product cost price. Account credits will be auto-deducted once got order from marketplaces.

  2. Yes, all is ready-stocks. Orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 days.
  1. Can I buy the products directly from Selloooh platform?
  2. Yes, you may add to cart the products and check out via payment gateway. Please refer to the delivery fees.

  1. Is there any products sync limit?
  2. No. You may sync as many as you can.
  1. Do I need to pay upfront fee when start the online business with Selloooh?
  2. No. It is absolutely FREE to sign up as Selloooh merchant and enjoy the benefits of dropshipping.
  1. Will everything be processed automatically?
  2. Your customer’s orders will be synced automatically to Selloooh. You must ensure your account have sufficient credits and credits will be auto-deducted with product cost price. Stock balance will be updated automatically also.
  1. How if my Shopee orders being cancelled by customers?
  2. Firstly, You need to liaise with customer or Shopee Customer Service. In any case, please inform us as soon as you receive the cancellation request from customer. If item has already shipped out, you are not allowed to accept customer’s cancellation request.
  1. How if my Shopee orders being cancelled by Shopee system?
  2. It can be happened in few scenarios below:
    1. Orders failed to ship on time
    2. Parcel lost/damaged during transit
    3. Failed delivery
    You are advised to contact Shopee customer service for further action. Please inform us as you would need to submit any evidence of proof to dispute for the cases above.
  1. Can I have different dropship supplier in my store?
  2. No. Due to one order only can generate one Shopee AWB.
  1. What details in seller center that I’m not allowed to edit?
  2. You are not allowed to remove and change variation SKU, because it will affect the products matching with Selloooh warehouse system.
  1. What can I edited in the seller center?
  2. Product Title, product description, product cover images, selling price can mark up (need to be edited in Selloooh system).
  1. Can I use all the marketing tools at seller center?
  2. Yes. You are encouraged to use all the marketing tools at seller center to increase traffic, boost sales and engage with your customers.
